The role

OKTO Solutions is seeking a Level 1 IT Specialist to join its service desk. The successful candidate will play a key role in the customer experience by providing high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat.

You will need to be able to quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve remote incidents related to various technological environments, in a dynamic and constantly evolving context. Prioritization skills and the ability to work on multiple cases simultaneously will be essential.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyze support requests to assess their urgency and impact

  • Apply established procedures and escalate when required

  • Install, configure and troubleshoot workstations, software, peripherals and mobile devices remotely

  • Ensure clear and professional follow-up with clients throughout the process

  • Document interventions and keep internal systems up to date

  • Participate in the on-call rotation at the service center

Skills and experience sought

  • DEP, AEC or DEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French

  • Troubleshooting applications and peripherals (printers, monitors, keyboards, etc.)
