Prepaid credit hours usable for support, projects, technical advice or specific needs, with service priority, better cost predictability and a progressive discount according to the number of hours chosen, advantageous for several scenarios and levels of use.
Hourly peak periods
Interventions are billed hourly at the specialist rate for specific, urgent, or non-recurring needs, without long-term commitment or for needs of less than 5 hours. For longer periods, we recommend using our hour bank to benefit from preferential rates.
