Inside a company’s own IT department, you see one device fleet, one architecture, one industry. At a managed services provider, you see dozens of each. One morning it is a manufacturer running shop floor software that dates back fifteen years. That afternoon it is a clinic moving its mailboxes. Skills build fast because the situations never quite repeat themselves. It is demanding, and that is exactly what makes the job worth having.
OKTO Solutions is a small team with more than 15 years of combined experience. At that size nobody disappears into an org chart. You know who to ask, your work is visible, and a good idea can be in production the following week instead of sitting in a quarterly roadmap.

Every role is hybrid: training happens at the office, then remote work settles in once you are running on your own, with office days kept for team meetings. The field technician role adds travel to client sites on top of that. None of this was improvised for a job posting; it is how the team already works.

Level 1 IT Specialist
You are the first voice the client hears. You open the ticket and you fix on the spot whatever can be fixed on the spot: access, passwords, Microsoft 365, printers, slow workstations. It is the best seat in the house for seeing a lot of technology go by in very little time.

How does hiring work?
Three steps, not eight. We know what it costs someone who already holds a job to run around to interviews, so the process is short and the answers are given.
- A twenty-minute call. What you are looking for, what we are looking for, the basics on conditions. If it does not fit, you hear it before the call ends.
- A technical meeting. With the person who would become your colleague. We talk about real cases, not puzzles invented to trip up a candidate.
- The conditions. Role, schedule, hybrid arrangement, training, pay. The offer is put in writing and you get time to read it.
