The role
As a sales representative, your mission is to generate new business opportunities and close sales of managed IT services to SMEs. You are responsible for developing new accounts, from active prospecting to signing agreements.
Your role is primarily upstream in the sales cycle: identifying prospects, qualifying them, presenting services, and negotiating. Once the sale is closed, the handover to internal teams is carried out to ensure a smooth implementation of the services.
This role is for an autonomous, results-oriented person who is comfortable with prospecting and motivated by performance.

Main responsibilities
Actively prospect for new clients (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals)
Identify and qualify sales opportunities
Presenting managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity and networking services
Understanding the customers' basic needs in order to offer the right solution
Prepare and present simple and effective business proposals
Negotiate the terms and close the sales
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Document sales opportunities and activities in the CRM
Collaborating with the technical team to validate the feasibility of the solutions sold
Skills and experience sought
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in an MSP environment
Good understanding of managed and co-managed IT services
Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, networking and telecom environments
Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-technical audience
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
Autonomy, initiative, and results orientation
Training in sales or administration (an asset)
Bilingualism in French and English (an asset)
