The role
OKTO Solutions is looking for a systems and projects administrator to join its delivery team. You are responsible for the analysis, technical planning and execution of a range of IT projects at our clients, working with internal teams and stakeholders.
This role is key to delivering structured, secure deployments that meet industry best practices.

Hands-on experience in the field
In addition to remote support, you may be called on to work directly at client sites to put your knowledge into practice. IT specialists who demonstrate a high level of expertise can join a pool of on-site technicians, with compensation.

Key responsibilities
Technical project planning
Develop technical work plans based on the scope validated with the client
Define the steps, dependencies, timelines and technical constraints
Ensuring budget and deadlines are met
Environment analysis
Analyzing the client’s existing IT infrastructure
Gather all the technical information required to carry out the project
Identify potential risks, dependencies and issues
Deployment of IT solutions
Install, configure and deploy various IT solutions
Deploy environments such as firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Microsoft 365, Exchange, antispam solutions, backups, etc.
Applying security standards and MSP best practices
Documentation and follow-up
Produce and maintain clear, complete technical documentation
Update information in internal tools
Ensuring traceability of changes and configurations
Collaboration and knowledge transfer
Communicate changes effectively to the support teams
Ensuring a structured knowledge transfer at the end of projects
Collaborate with the teams responsible for recurring services
Skills and experience we are looking for
DEC or AEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3 to 6 years of experience in information technology, including significant experience in systems administration
Excellent command of spoken and written French
Active Directory
LAN / WAN environments
Firewalls, switches and wireless networks
Microsoft 365 and Exchange
Backup and security solutions
Experience with Cisco, Dell and Fortinet equipment
Strong skills in resolving hardware and software problems
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell)
Experience in change management, including risk analysis and mitigation
